DENVER (KDVR) — Stephen Long, 25, has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder after allegedly killing two brothers in a road rage incident on Interstate 25.The shooting happened just before 3 p.m. on June 13. DENVER (KDVR) — A woman died after she was pulled out of Boulder Creek during a struggle in the water last week.Boulder Police received multiple calls about a woman struggling in the creek around 3:30 p.m. Thursday. Boulder Fire-Rescue and police responded, according to a news release from the city. The release said that initial information indicated that she went into the water to help a family member and was then swept away by the current. Hot weather expected to increase creek danger Bystanders had pulled the 48-year-old woman to the south side of the creek and began administering CPR before firefighters worked to safely swim the woman to the north side of the bank. A 61-year-old man was arrested for allegedly inappropriately touching two girls at a community pool in Pompano Beach. The alleged incident occurred last July at the Blue Lake Condominiums swimming pool, prompting an investigation by the Broward Sheriff’s Office (BSO).According to the girls, who were on a large floatie in the pool at the time, the suspect, Andre Pereira, of Pompano Beach, who was swimming laps, repeatedly touched their buttocks underwater. The state on Wednesday announced that Boston Medical Center has been provisionally designated to lead the redevelopment of the sprawling Lemuel Shattuck Hospital Campus on Morton Street in Jamaica Plain.
